As an independent owner-run company, Hartmann Zillmer Corporate Finance GmbH ("HZCF") specialises in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance. As an entrepreneurial partner, our services are geared towards long-term success and sustainability.

Since its establishment in 2002, HZCF has successfully advised small and medium-sized enterprises - with sales between € 20 million and € 500 million - their managers and shareholders. In total the partners have successfully completed transactions with a volume in excess of € 2 billion. We offer our services to all industries and are able to draw on in-depth expertise in a wide range of sectors both at home and abroad.

HZCF distinguishes itself by its many years’ experience in the fields of corporate finance and private equity and the high measure of professionalism and entrepreneurial commitment of its partners and employees. We have access to an extensive network of companies, entrepreneurs, managers, investors, banks, tax advisers, auditors and lawyers, from which relations our clients benefit.

Via our own investment vehicle HZ Kapital, we invest in smaller SMEs that are not the focus of our advisory activities.
